The hotel has a huge pool, perfect for swimming laps and cooling off during the hot weather. The location is convenient, with malls within a 10-minute walk and easy access to transportation.- The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to assist guests.

The rooms are outdated and in need of upgrading. The air conditioning units are noisy and the bathroom tiles are discolored.

The pool was the best aspect of the hotel, it was really big and perfect for swimming. the staff were really friendly and always greeted us with a smile. the location of the hotel was good, it was close to the malls and we were able to walk to them easily. Plus, the shuttle service to the airport was offered for free.

The worst aspect of the hotel was the cleanliness, the room was dirty and it smelled bad. the breakfast offered had very limited options and the food was sometimes cold.
